  • Blue Frog Computer Services (BFCS) exists to resolve your system issues as well as to attempt to put you at ease in regards to your system issues. BFCS target clientele are both home users as well as micro businesses who may not have satisfactory alternatives for repairs and support.
  • Taking care of your computer(s) means taking care of you and as such, a completed repair generally includes explanations and suggestions on preventative measures.
  • There is one of me and many of you. I rely heavily on voice mail and email. I’m often in transit or on the phone with another client when calls come in, so please leave a message so I can get back to you.
  • I’m not here to sell parts or systems, I’m here to take care of your systems and resolve your issues. If there is a need for replacement parts, that need is addressed on a case by case basis. I will build machines on request, though in a limited fashion.

In a nutshell, I strive to make it easier and more enjoyable to use your system(s). No one should feel that they are at the mercy of the person they are calling for assistance.
